am a full time Realtor. I have been in
the business for 5 years, and I have had
a passion for real estate for as long as
I can remember. I think that owning your
own home is such a rewarding and
fulfilling experience. If I can help
others accomplish this, then I can't
think of anything else I'd rather do!
My style of service is simply this:
treat you, the client, with honesty,
respect, and have open communication
through the entire process. I understand
that buying or selling your home is
probably the largest financial
transaction that you will ever make. It
is my goal to make it a positive
experience for you.
I enjoy working with first time
homebuyers, people relocating to the
area, empty nestors, and investors.
I have experience working with short
sales and forecloures.
My areas of expertise for residential
properties include Duluth, Hermantown,
Proctor, Esko, Cloquet, and the
immediate surrounding areas.
Personal life: I grew up in Maple
Grove, MN, a suburb of the Twin Cities.
I have lived in Duluth since 1995. I'm
very happily married to my husband
David. I have a son who is almost 3 and a
1 year old daughter. I also have a large
furry yellow lab named Gatsby. I enjoy
volleyball, exercise, camping, travel,
and going to movies.
I am licensed in the state of MN and
WI. I can represent both buyers and
sellers. I offer flat rate commissions
to For Sale By Owners on a negotiated
basis. I would love to meet you and help
you accomplish your goal to buy or sell.
